Luas studio kami 28 m2 dan full furnished.
Fasilitas yang disediakan di dalam studio : comfortable bed (king size), lemari pakaian, baby bed, TV, kulkas kecil, AC, sofa, water heater, peralatan makan.
Kami tidak menyediakan peralatan mandi maupun handuk. Jadi diharapkan penyewa membawa sendiri barang barang kebutuhannya.
Fasilitas dari apartement yang bisa digunakan oleh penyewa : kolam renang di lantai 1, gym di lantai 1, tempat parkir (bisa mendapatkan abudement parkir dengan biaya tambahan, keterangan lebih lanjut silahkan hubungi pemilik apartement)
Kami menyewakan studio harian, mingguan, bulanan, tahunan
Untuk sewa harian dan mingguan ( kurang dari 4 minggu ) akan kami kenakan biaya tambahan senilai Rp. 70.000, 00 (IDR) untuk biaya cleaning service
Untuk sewa bulanan dan tahunan ( min 1 bulan ) akan kami bebaskan dari biaya cleaning service.
Untuk sewa harian dan mingguan diwajibkan menyimpan deposito senilai Rp. 250.000,00 (IDR)
Untuk sewa bulanan diwajibkan untuk menyimpan deposito senilai Rp. 1.000.000,00 (IDR)
Untuk sewa tahunan diwajibkan untuk menyimpan deposito senilai Rp. 1.500.000,00 (IDR)
Deposito akan kami kembalikan setelah pengecekan apartement oleh pemilik dan paling lambat 10 hari terhitung dari selesainya masa kontrak.
Untuk cek in, tidak ada ketentuan jam untuk cek in dan cek out, silahkan diskusikan dengan pemilik apartement.
Dilarang merokok di dalam ruangan. Terdapat smoke detector di dalam ruangan. Bila melanggar akan kami kenakan denda.
Jika ingin merokok silahkan merokok di lantai 1 dekat kolam renang.
Untuk pemakaian listrik : Sistem listrik kami menggunakan token. Untuk para penyewa diwajibkan untuk mengisi listrik secukupnya ketika daya listrik habis. Listrik dapat dibeli di kantor sekretariat di lantai 1 (24 jam).
Untuk penyewa bulanan dan tahunan akan kami kenakan biaya tambahan untuk pemakaian air. Jumlah pemakaian yang harus dibayar akan kami infokan setiap bulannya.
Untuk penyewa bulanan dan tahunan, setiap bulannya akan kami sediakan jasa cleaning service (1 kali dalam 1 bulan dan bebas biaya), waktu akan di diskusikan antara penyewa dan pemilik apartement)
Diharapkan untuk penyewa untuk menjaga kebersihan di dalam apartement dan barang barang yang terdapat di dalam apartement.
